How long does delivery take?
Your order ships within 2 to 3 working days. Then allow 7 to 14 working days to receive it. The tracking number arrives by email as soon as it ships. Delivery to France is included in the price.
Will it fit my wrist?
The bracelet is 23 cm long and 18 mm wide. If it is too big, a watchmaker can remove links in a few minutes.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, no reason needed. Write to us from the Contact page with your order number: we send you the return address, then refund you.
What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
It is covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. Send us a photo of the problem: we replace it or refund you.
Can it go underwater?
It is water-resistant to 3 bar: rain and splashes are fine. Take it off for the shower, the pool or the sea.
